Day 6

The First Review

"But solid food is for the mature, who by constant use have trained themselves to distinguish good from evil."Hebrews 5:14

Reading

Six days in. Look at what you have built.

Today is your first weekly review. The point is not to grade yourself. The point is to read what you have written and see, with kind eyes, what the past six days have surfaced. Hebrews 5:14 says discernment is trained by constant use — not by one inspired session. You have done six days of constant use. You are starting to see.

Read through your Ledger from Days 1 through 6. Count the entries. Note which pattern showed up most. Note which time of day was loudest. Note which body location appeared most. This is data your inner life has been giving you for years, and you are finally writing it down.

Next week, the work shifts from noticing to mapping. For today, just look.

Today's focus

Today I am reading the first six days of my Ledger and seeing what I have seen.

Today's practice

Three questions, written out in your notebook: (1) Which pattern showed up most often this week? (2) What time of day is my inner life loudest? (3) What is one thing I am seeing now that I could not see a week ago?

Journal prompt

Read the Ledger as if a wise older friend wrote it about you. What would they say about the person whose week this is? Write down what you imagine they would say.
